By placing an order you accept to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below.

Returns Policy

You may return the purchased items in a new and unused condition for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase. If the item has been used or has been prewashed, it cannot be returned.

Unfortunately we cannot exchange the products as these are handmade in small quantities.

Designs and pattern placement

All pictures are representation of the items and the pattern placement may vary between the items.

Prewash

Most fabrics have been prewashed before cutting, however the items must be prewashed before use to remove the markings used in the production process. There may be tracing marks left on the finished item, these will wash out within the first wash of the item.

Cotton and hemp may take up to 10 washes before reaching its full absorbency.

Washing instructions

Nappies should be washed in 40 degrees if using bio detergent and on 60 degrees if using non bio or if baby is under 6 months old.

Before wash, remove any soiling when the baby is weaning / has weaned. 

We recommend to prewash the nappies daily (the ones used during the previous 24 hours) on a Daily Wash cycle (or equivalent) for 1hr on 40C using half of the recommended washing powder dose based on the water hardness and your washing machine size and heavy soiling. If there are stains, add a scoop of Vanish Oxi Action (or supermarket own brand equivalent) to your prewash.

The main wash cycle should be 2-3 hours long, loading your washing machine between 2/3 to 3/4 full (when wet) on a full water usage.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch the orders placed by 8pm on the next working day, however due to the Covid-19 this may be later to reduce the contact with other people.

If you are ordering from outside the UK, please note that each country applies their own import duties, tariffs, and taxes which you will have to cover when invoiced directly by customs / delivery organisation. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or return dispatch charges if the parcels are refused or returned.
